MacroSep BIO Gold C18 – a hydrophobic phase ideal for the separation of high molecular weight peptides and oligonucleic acids. MacroSep BIO Gold columns are manufactured utilizing tight process control of the silica, bonding and column packing processes. The reproducible column packing method control provides exceptional efficiency, symmetry and reproducibility. There are eight phases (see below) all available in 1.9μm, 3μm, 5μm and 10μm particle sizes. The 10μm material is available in bulk.

    Epic C18

    Epic C18 is a highly base deactivated phase that produces the most inert silica C18 material available today.     Epic C18 MSO

    Epic C18 MSO (mass spec optimized) is specifically engineered for the demands of LC-MS with or without the use of ultra-high pressure pumps. The flexibility of Epic C18-MSO is the result of our research into optimal particle diameters that can be used for both routine and ultra-high pressure pumping systems. Epic C18-MSO is based upon 2.3um fully porous particles giving it superior retention even at high organic levels while maintaining excellent sample loading.

    GreenSep Basic

    GreenSep Basic exhibits a highly basic character and is ideally suited to high performance/high speed SFC preparative chromatography applications of chemicals containing amine groups. The chromatogram shown below contains chemicals that are functionalized with amine and acidic groups and is a prime example of the superior peak shape performance and separation capacity obtainable with the GreenSep Basic column. It also compares GreenSep Basic with GreenSep Ethyl Pyridine showing the superior reten- tion on GreenSep Basic when compared to GreenSep Ethyl Pyridine.

    Epic HILIC PI

    Epic HILIC-PI is a new stationary phase for HILIC chromatography. It consists of an aromatic amine based stationary phase bound to silica. This composition provides for excellent retention and peak shape for polar amine compounds. Many of the commercially available HILIC stationary phases are converted normal phase columns. These normal phase columns yield poor methods, poor separations and lack durability. Epic HILIC-PI is specifically designed for HILIC chromatography and can achieve high performance separations, yield rugged methods and deliver long column life times. Epic HILIC-PI is an excellent choice for samples containing polar amines were superior retention and peak shape are essential.
