In light of the most recent government briefings, we have adapted our working practices in line with these recommendations to include social distancing and modified work patterns. We would like to assure you, however, that we do not anticipate any reduction in the level of service in the supply of the many ES Industries products which are vitally important in the testing and research of many necessary pharmaceutical products which are produced by the pharmaceutical industry, domestically and internationally. ES Industries will continue to introduce any necessary changes to ensure the health and safety for all. We are committed to maintaining our business operations and ensuring you continue to receive the highest quality service without disruption.
Our customer service and administration functions are all able to continue remotely and this will be actioned as the situation merits. We are available by telephone for quotations and orders. Quotations and orders will be provided in the timely manner you expect. Our website, contains live pricing for the full catalog of ES Industries chromatography columns.
Our production, QC and research functions will all still be operational. We have secured sufficient raw materials to be able to continue uninterrupted production of our products for many months and have clear lines of communications with suppliers in place.
Ten days ago we ceased all business travel for the foreseeable future, and have now ceased all external visits to our site. We remain available on the telephone or by video conferencing in order to fulfill any urgent meeting requirements.
We will continue to follow government guidelines and laws and implement any modifications to our working practices as deemed necessary.
