At ES Industries we have developed a new line of GreenSep™ stationary phases specifically engineered for SFC separations. GreenSep columns (10 to 50mmID) have been designed to deliver high performance SFC separations. Columns from analytical to preparative sizes are available for all SFC phases including our new high performance 15mm ID columns and particle size from 3 – 20um.
GreenSep Ethyl Pyridine is a specialty SFC stationary phase that is superior to conventional stationary phases (such as diol, cyano etc...) in the areas of separation selectivity, peak shape and loading capacity. The chromatogram shown below is a prime example of the superior peak shape performance obtainable with the GreenSep Ethyl Pyridine column with SFC. The type of chemicals separated would normally require the addition of an amine to the mobile phase; however GreenSep Ethyl Pyridine does not require the addition of these peak shape modifiers. The chromatogram contains chemicals that are functionalized with strong amine groups, demonstrates the flexibility that GreenSep Ethyl Pyridine can deliver to the SFC chromatographer. Mobile phase composition and fraction collection is greatly simplified without the use of amino additives. GreenSep Ethyl Pyridine is the SFC column of choice for the retention and rapid separation of chemical containing strong amine groups. GreenSep Ethyl Pyridine can easily replace conventional stationary phases used in SFC and deliver superior performance.
GreenSep Pyridyl Amide is a specialty SFC stationary phase that is superior to conventional stationary phases (such as diol, cyano etc...) in the areas of separation selectivity, peak shape and loading capacity. The chromatogram shown below is a prime example of the superior peak shape performance obtainable with the GreenSep Pyridyl Amide column with SFC. The type of chemicals separated in this chromatogram would normally require the addition of TFA or an amine to the mobile phase; however GreenSep Pyridyl Amide does not require the addition of these peak shape modifiers. The chromatogram contains chemicals that are functionalized with both amine bases and acidic groups, demonstrates the flexibility that GreenSep Pyridyl Amide can deliver to the SFC chromatographer. Mobile phase composition and fraction collection is greatly simplified without the use of amino or TFA additives. GreenSep Pyridyl Amide can easily replace conventional stationary phases used in SFC and deliver superior performance.
GreenSep Nitro is a specialty SFC stationary phase that is has proven superior to conventional stationary phases (such as diol, cyano etc...) in the areas of separation selectivity and loading capacity. GreenSep Nitro is specifically designed for the separation of geometrical isomers as well as diastereomers. It is the column of choice in separating compounds that contain aromatic group, polarizable electrons and conjugate systems. GreenSep Nitro is unsurpassed for its separation capabilities and is available in analytical columns, preparative columns and bulk media.
GreenSep PFP is a specialty SFC stationary phase that is has proven superior to conventional stationary phases (such as diol, cyano etc...) in the areas of separation selectivity and loading capacity. GreenSep PFP is specifically designed for the separation of geometrical isomers as well as diastereomers. It is the column of choice in separating compounds that contain aromatic group, polarizable electrons and conjugate systems. In addition, GreenSep PFP is useful for the separation of halogenated compounds. In many cases GreenSep PFP provides orthogonal separations when compared to GreenSep Nitro. GreenSep PFP is unsurpassed for its separation capabilities and is available in analytical columns, preparative columns and bulk media.
GreenSep Amino Phenyl is a specialty SFC stationary phase that is has proven superior to conventional stationary phases (such as diol, cyano etc...) in the areas of separation selectivity and loading capacity. GreenSep Amino Phenyl as been designed for the separation of amines, alcohols and acids by SFC without the use of additives. As with the other specialty SFC phases developed at ES Industries GreenSep Amino Phenyl provides superior performance when compared against conventional SFC phases.
GreenSep DEAP is a specialty SFC stationary phase that is superior to conventional stationary phases (such as diol, cyano etc...) in the areas of separation selectivity, peak shape and loading capacity. Many SFC separations require the addition of amine modifiers to the mobile phase to improve peak shape however, DEAP does not require the addition of these peak shape modifiers. Mobile phase composition and fraction collection is greatly simplified without the use of amino additives. GreenSep DEAP is the SFC column of choice for the retention and rapid separation of chemical containing strong amine groups. GreenSep DEAP can easily replace conventional stationary phases used in SFC and deliver superior performance.
