At ES Industries we have developed a new line stationary phases specifically engineered for SFC separations. Column from analytical to preparative sizes are available for all SFC phases including are new high performance 15 mm ID columns. The 15mm ID column provides for a considerable increase in sample loading capacity when compared to 10mm ID column. Many commercial SFC instruments can deliver flow rates ideally suited to the 15 mm ID column format.
Chromegabond Ethyl Pyridine SFC is a specialty SFC stationary phase that is superior to conventional stationary phases (such as diol, cyano etc...) in the areas of separation selectivity, peak shape and loading capacity. The chromatogram shown below is a prime example of the superior peak shape performance obtainable with the Chromegabond Ethyl Pyridine column with SFC. The type of chemicals separated in this chromatogram would normally require the addition of an amine to the mobile phase; however Ethyl Pyridine does not require the addition of these peak shape modifiers. The chromatogram contains chemicals that are functionalized with strong amine groups, demonstrates the flexibility that Chromegabond Ethyl Pyridine can deliver to the SFC chromatographer. Mobile phase composition and fraction collection is greatly simplified without the use of amino additives. Chromegabond Ethyl Pyridine is the SFC column of choice for the retention and rapid separation of chemical containing strong amine groups. Chromegabond Ethyl Pyridine can easily replace conventional stationary phases used in SFC and deliver superior performance.
Chromegabond Pyridyl Amide SFC is a specialty SFC stationary phase that is superior to conventional stationary phases (such as diol, cyano etc...) in the areas of separation selectivity, peak shape and loading capacity. The chromatogram shown below is a prime example of the superior peak shape performance obtainable with the Chromegabond Pyridyl Amide column with SFC. The type of chemicals separated in this chromatogram would normally require the addition of TFA or an amine to the mobile phase; however Pyridyl Amide does not require the addition of these peak shape modifiers. The chromatogram contains chemicals that are functionalized with both amine bases and acidic groups, demonstrates the flexibility that Chromegabond Pyridyl Amide can deliver to the SFC chromatographer. Mobile phase composition and fraction collection is greatly simplified without the use of amino or TFA additives. Chromegabond Pyridyl Amide can easily replace conventional stationary phases used in SFC and deliver superior performance.
Epic Nitro SFC is a specialty SFC stationary phase that is has proven superior to conventional stationary phases (such as diol, cyano etc...) in the areas of separation selectivity and loading capacity. Epic Nitro SFC is specifically designed for the separation of geometrical isomers as well as diastereomers. It is the column of choice in separating compounds that contain aromatic group, polarizable electrons and conjugate systems. Epic Nitro SFC is unsurpassed for its separation capabilities and is available in analytical columns, preparative columns and bulk media.
FluoroSep Phenyl SFC is a specialty SFC stationary phase that is has proven superior to conventional stationary phases (such as diol, cyano etc...) in the areas of separation selectivity and loading capacity. FluoroSep Phenyl SFC is specifically designed for the separation of geometrical isomers as well as diastereomers. It is the column of choice in separating compounds that contain aromatic group, polarizable electrons and conjugate systems. In addition, FluoroSep Phenyl SFC is useful for the separation of halogenated compounds. In many cases FluoroSep Phenyl SFC provides orthogonal separations when compared to Epic Nitro SFC. FluoroSep Phenyl SFC is unsurpassed for its separation capabilities and is available in analytical columns, preparative columns and bulk media.
Chromegabond Amino Phenyl SFC is a specialty SFC stationary phase that is has proven superior to conventional stationary phases (such as diol, cyano etc...) in the areas of separation selectivity and loading capacity. Chromegabond Amino Phenyl as been designed for the separation of amines, alcohols and acids by SFC without the use of additives. As with the other specialty SFC phases developed at ES Industries Chromegabond Amino Phenyl provides superior performance when compared against conventional SFC phases.
